If you need technical assistance at any time during the event, please click on the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the platform - this will give you a direct line to the IT support team on the conference platform. Please ensure that you keep the support window open until your query has been resolved.

Need to know

How do I select my event?
Click the index image for the event you have registered for or select the event via the left hand menu tabs.  You will only have access to the resources/recording for the event you have registered for.

How do I set up my profile?
Log into the virtual event platform, click the box with your initials on the top right menu, and select 'Edit Profile'.
 
I can't remember my password
Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' button on the login page to be emailed with instructions on how to reset it, or click the blue chat bubble and the team can reset it for you.

Will I need to download specific software or an App?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. If you typically use another browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Safari, we highly recommend that you download Google Chrome prior to the event.

Joining the Event
To join the event, please click on the ’WATCH LIVE’ button which will appear in the top right corner of the page or via the 'Agenda & Resources' page for each event. You can access the event resources by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop computer/mac that has good speakers. Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop computer/mac.
